My Favorite Verse Is: Nahum 1:3
"The Lord is slow to anger and great in power And He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. The Lord has His way in the whirlwind and in the storm, And the clouds are the dust beneath His feet."
Why:
How I love these words spoken to my heart many years ago, as the Father was writing His Word on the "tablets" of my heart . "The clouds are the dust of His feet" was awe inspiring and is so comforting to me! Now when I see a cloudy day I am reminded when the storm clouds (trials) gather in my life, He is there, walking on my "storm cloud." He is with me always! He comes in all my whirlwinds and storms, no matter what they are or how big. He is so much bigger that any storm! Just trust Him! He will have His way!

My Favorite Verse Is: Philippians 4:6-7 "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Why:
I have a tendency to be anxious for so many things. I need to put on the brakes periodically and this verse helps me focus and calm down. I need to be reminded from time to time that everything happens in God's perfect timing. Not ours. I struggle with this daily.
