for the month of march
Hi Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
Here's a reminder of what is happening this month. We have 2 additional activities. One this coming Sunday, the 15th and an additional one on the 24th after 55.
Sunday, March 15th: Prayer and Praise for Israel and its people. Royal Mobile Estates, 1055 N. 5th St., Jacksonville, OR. Join Jeff Bates, Rob and Jackie Bakker with songs of worship, praise and hope, and a time of prayer for Israel. It's at the park's community center 6-8PM.
Jewelry making time! Friday,
March 20 - 1:00 3:00pm Jacksonville Library community room. Make some earrings for yourself or a loved one or DAN!!!.....Supplies will be on hand for you. Debbie Heberling will join Denise Lambert and Cynthia Griffin to help. No need to have experience - they've got it all!!! Bring snacks to share and something to drink for yourself.
Balance Class! Tuesday, March 24th 9:15 am in the Fellowship Hall before 55.
Dress comfortably! Many easy steps to improve your ability to stay upright! So important at our age.
March 24th, Tuesday: Senior ACCESS Fair at Rogue X. 901 Rossanley Drive, Medford. 9:00am-3:00pm. I'm heading there after 55. Lots of great resources to learn about. Entry is free. If you'd like to donate food there will be a bin available to drop off.
Bingo! Friday, March 27 - 1:00-3:30 Bingo at Royal Mobile Estates, 1055 N. 5th Street, Jacksonville. Bring snacks to share and something for yourself to drink. There will be prizes! Volunteer to bring a prize.
Walk! Monday, March 30 - 10:30-2:30 - Top parking lot on Roxy Ann. We will walk around the base, and then go have lunch. Bring water, probably a hat and you might need sunscreen. It's just under a three mile walk with a bit of up and a bit of down. The full loop is not required - do as much as you'd like.
OR JUST COME FOR LUNCH! Place to be decided.
