for the month of march
Hi Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
Happy March! Daylight Savings Time is coming up (March 8) and the first day of spring is March 20. And we have some events on our calendar!!
Jewelry making time! Friday, March 20 - 1:00-3:00 Jacksonville Library community room. Making earrings for sure, maybe bracelets......Supplies will be on hand for you. Debbie Heberling will join Denise Lambert and Cynthia Griffin to help you make a pair or two for yourself and someone you know. Bring snacks to share and something to drink for yourself.
Balance Class! Tuesday, March 24th 9:15 am in the Fellowship Hall before 55. Dress comfortably!
Bingo! Friday, March 27 - 1:00-3:30 Bingo at Royal Mobile Estates, 1055 N. 5th Street, Jacksonville. Bring snacks to share and something for yourself to drink. There will be prizes!
Walk! Monday, March 30 - 10:30-2:30 - Top parking lot on Roxy Ann. We will walk around the base and then go have lunch. Bring water, probably a hat and you might need sunscreen. It's just under a three mile walk with a bit of up and a bit of down. The full loop is not required - do as much as you'd like.
OR JUST COME FOR LUNCH! Place to be decided.
April will find at least three events - Bunco for sure, working on one other. A walk through the woods in Cathedral Hills in Grants Pass. Lunch will be there, too.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I can follow up on ideas.
